We aim to ship all products created in the customizer within 2 weeks, however, delays are possible as demand can vary. We will make you fully aware of any delays as soon as they become apparent to us!

Returns
Returning for a refund due to a change of mind
We have a 14-day return policy ON THE FULL OBSIDIAN RANGE, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
As all controllers are hand built and therefore take valuable time to create, there will be a 10% restocking fee for all Obsidian controllers upon receipt of the item, and providing all of the above terms are met. Any marks or scratches found on a returned controller will need to be rectified, and costs for this will be deducted from the refund also.
The customer will be responsible for return postage, which we would recommend a fully tracked and insured service, as we will not process a refund until the controller is received and inspected by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke and custom controllers cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances. If the product is faulty upon reciept we will repair any issues and make sure it works perfectly from then. Bespoke and custom controllers are created unique to each customer, and as such will not be able to be resold to future customers, hence we cannot offer a return/refund on them. Please make sure you are happy with all aspects of the controller in the design stage, as any modifications made after painting has started may be charged.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A deposit covering the cost of the controller will be required to confirm the booking on bespoke work. A full refund and cancelation of this order can be made until any design work has started. Once design work has started we will only refund 50% of the deposit to cover our time spent on design work, up until 7 days before the quoted date for painting.
If you wish to cancel the order within 7 days prior to painting, and design work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as we will not likely fill your paintwork time slot on such short notice.
