Right from the initial enquiry, all the way to the final product and beyond.. GOAT Customs' expert team are with you at every stage to help with any questions you may have. Whether it's a technical question about any of our processes, or a general design suggestion, we have the expertise and knowledge to answer anything you need to know.

Materials:

Only the best will do.

After almost 15 years in the custom painting industry, and 4 years in the competitive controller industry. We have learned one valuable lesson (The hard way!) and that is 'DON'T CUT CORNERS!'.

We have tried and tested many different paint techniques and hardware options in our controllers over the years, and are confident now that we can supply not only the best service, with the best paintwork, but it will also long outlast our competitors controllers over time too.

Care instructions:

They aren't indestructible!

Whilst we do use the most robust paint on hardware available to us at all times, please remember this is a fragile piece of gaming equipment. If it's it improperly maintained (stored safely, not thrown in frustration, cleaned every now and then) It can develop issues like any other peice of equipment.

It may go without saying, but you must take care when using and storing your controller. Keep it out of reach of small children where possible (They have a habit of practicing the drums on it) and every now and then give it a little once over with a microfibre cloth to remove any surfce dust and dirt.
